Terms of Service

1. Overview

HerSale Academy is a women's sales training program operated by Avci Group LLC-FZ. Our programs include digital products, live and recorded coaching sessions, community access, and career placement support. These Terms govern your use of all HerSale Academy products and services, regardless of how they are delivered or accessed.

By engaging with any HerSale Academy program, you enter into a binding agreement with Avci Group LLC-FZ and agree to abide by these Terms in full.

2. Program Structure

Upon enrollment, you receive access to the following components of the HerSale Academy program:

• 12 months of program access — full access to all course modules, training materials, and platform resources for twelve calendar months from your enrollment date.
• HerSale Certification — a structured certification pathway consisting of a written examination and a live verbal assessment. Certification is awarded upon successful completion of both components to the required standard.
• 1:1 Coaching with Yasemin — ninety days of direct coaching access with the program founder, scheduled through the standard booking system.
• HerSale Job Platform — access to the curated job placement board is granted upon successful completion of HerSale Certification. This benefit is conditional on maintaining good standing throughout the program.
• Student Program Handbook & Workbook — digital materials provided to support your learning and certification preparation.

Program components and scheduling may be updated at HerSale Academy's discretion. Material changes to the program structure will be communicated to enrolled students.

3. Account Security

Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the program. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

Any breach of account security rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Code of Conduct

HerSale Academy is a women-only professional community built on mutual respect. All students are required to conduct themselves with professionalism and integrity in all program spaces, including live calls, community forums, and direct communications.

HerSale Academy reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct violates this policy.

5. Payment Terms

All purchases are binding upon submission of payment. By enrolling, you confirm your commitment to the full investment amount agreed at the time of purchase.

• Programme fee: The total investment amount is as stated in your individual enrolment agreement or order confirmation. That amount is binding upon submission of payment.
• Payment plans: Where a payment plan is selected, each scheduled instalment is due on the agreed date. You authorise Avci Group LLC-FZ to collect each payment on the scheduled date using your payment method on file.
• Failed payments: In the event a scheduled payment fails, you are responsible for resolving the failure promptly. Account access may be suspended until any outstanding balance is collected.
• Currency and fees: You are responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges associated with your payment.

6. Refund & Chargeback Policy

If you experience a genuine technical issue preventing access to program materials, contact us at info@hersaleacademy.com and we will work to resolve it promptly.

Chargebacks: If you intend to dispute a charge with your card issuer or payment provider, you must contact HerSale Academy directly at info@hersaleacademy.com before initiating any chargeback. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication is considered a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of programme access, referral to collections, and legal action to recover the full amount owed.

7. Action-Based Guarantee

To qualify for this guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• Attend all scheduled group coaching calls during your enrolment period.
• Submit all required session notes and assignments as directed.
• Remain in good payment standing with no outstanding balances at the time of the guarantee claim.
• Complete the full HerSale Certification process (written exam and live verbal assessment).
• Actively engage with the HerSale Job Platform and apply to suitable roles.

The guarantee provides additional coaching support only. It does not constitute a guarantee of employment, a specific income level, or a refund of any amount paid.

8. Programme Termination

HerSale Academy reserves the right to terminate a student's access to the programme immediately and without refund in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Code of Conduct (Section 4).
• Breach of Account Security terms (Section 3), including account sharing or unauthorised use.
• Non-payment or persistent failure to meet payment obligations (Section 5).
• Any conduct that HerSale Academy determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the programme, its community, or its reputation.

Upon termination, all access rights are revoked immediately. No programme materials may be retained or further used.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, methodologies, frameworks, templates, video recordings, workbooks, and other intellectual property made available through HerSale Academy are the exclusive property of Avci Group LLC-FZ. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use programme materials solely for your own learning purposes during your enrolment period. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any programme materials.
• Create derivative works based on HerSale Academy content.
• Use programme materials for commercial purposes or to train others.
• Upload or share materials on third-party platforms without express written consent from Avci Group LLC-FZ.

10. Non-Solicitation

For a period of twelve (12) months following the completion or termination of your enrolment, you agree not to:

• Solicit, recruit, or encourage any other HerSale Academy student or staff member to join a competing programme or business venture.
• Use knowledge of HerSale Academy's proprietary methodologies, client relationships, or business processes to compete directly with or undermine the business of Avci Group LLC-FZ.
• Launch, co-found, or materially contribute to a competing women's sales training programme that incorporates HerSale Academy's frameworks or approaches.

This clause is not intended to restrict your general career activity in sales or related fields, only to protect the legitimate business interests of Avci Group LLC-FZ.

11. Disclaimer of Earnings

HerSale Academy provides education and training in high-ticket sales. We do not guarantee any specific financial outcome, employment result, income level, or career advancement as a result of completing our programme.

All programme content is provided for educational purposes only.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Avci Group LLC-FZ, its founder, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Your use of the programme or any materials accessed through it.
• Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your enrolment.
• Any violation of applicable law or third-party rights by you.

13. Testimonials & Media Consent

By enrolling in HerSale Academy, you grant Avci Group LLC-FZ a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and any testimonial or feedback you provide in connection with the promotion and marketing of HerSale Academy's programmes and services.

This includes use in digital advertising, social media content, website copy, email marketing, presentations, and any other marketing materials, in any format now known or later developed.

You waive any right to review or approve specific uses of your testimonial or likeness before publication. If you wish to withdraw a specific testimonial, please contact info@hersaleacademy.com and we will consider your request.

14. Modifications to These Terms

Avci Group LLC-FZ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of HerSale Academy's programmes and services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students by email.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Avci Group LLC-FZ as registered in the UAE Free Zone. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

17. Agreement & Acceptance

By completing any of the following actions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety:

• Submitting payment for any HerSale Academy programme.
• Checking the acceptance box on any enrolment form.
• Signing any enrolment agreement or contract electronically.
• Accessing or using any programme materials, platform, or community resource.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not submit payment or access any programme materials. Contact info@hersaleacademy.com with any questions before proceeding.
