No. Most of our students come in with zero sales experience. The programme is built from the ground up, so you will learn everything you need from first principles. What matters more than experience is that you are coachable, committed, and willing to do the work.
Every student moves at her own pace. The curriculum and certification are self-paced, and once you’re certified you get immediate access to the jobs platform and our placement support. How quickly you land a role depends on your effort, your availability and how interviews go. Results vary, and we’re honest about that from day one.
We do not guarantee employment, and anyone who does is not being honest with you. What we do promise is that if you complete the full programme, we keep working with you after certification, interview prep, placement support and direct introductions, at no extra cost. Placement is on you. Preparation is on us.
Yes. The programme is designed around your schedule, not the other way around. Most students study and practise in the evenings and on weekends while keeping their current income. We do not expect you to quit anything before you have something better to step into.
All roles on the HerSale Jobs Platform are remote and location-independent. Students currently work from Sweden, Norway, the UK, Germany, Brazil, and beyond. As long as you have a laptop and a stable internet connection, you can work from anywhere.
Our team reviews every application personally. If you are a strong fit, you will be invited to a short call to discuss the programme in more detail, ask any questions you have, and confirm your place. We do not pressure anyone. The call is a conversation, not a sales pitch.
